Thanks go out to everyone who stood outside in freezing temps and high winds over the weekend to remind people that the world still says no to war.

Apologies go out to those of you who stopped by to vigil and found no-one there. Not enough people had signed up for specific time slots, and so there were some points during the weekend at which only two people were vigiling, and they needed a break.

The good news is that support for our messages against the war and against the Bush regime has been growing stronger in the past year. This support can be clearly seen in the growing number of people who pass by the vigils and give a honk, thumbs up, a peace sign, or even a "Thank you".

We also appreciate those members of the public who stop to talk to us peacefully, whether in support, in disagreement, or to ask in sincerity why we are vigiling.

Thanks go out to these motorists and pedestrians, as they keep up our spirits and let us know that in our desires for peace and justice, yes, we are united.

Thank-you to Veterans for Peace and Women in Black. These groups have been tireless workers in the struggle for peace and justice, and we are proud to be associated with them.

Finally, warmest thanks to the Jeannine House for putting together the vigil in Saginaw, thereby providing members of TCAP, Vets for Peace, Women in Black and other local citizens the opportunity to get out and make our voices heard.

TCAP would not be where it is today if it wasn't for the hard work of the Jeannine House.

We are still getting our message out, and it is making a difference.
